Suggest you ask the patient or tell the patient her/she may be required to pay for issues before handing out mostly and empathy boxes. All the rues so far. Daftest yet for some reason the oxygen is making the nose run a bit too much!

Because my experience was very good all round./nFood was excellent. Some of the sweets were awesome./nStaff were kind and considerate.

The care, love and support given to mum and our wider family was fantastic. Huge thanks to such a special team, we could not have done it without your mum's wishes were not and she was treated with dignity and respect.

Because all the staff were fantastic nothing was to much trouble for them./nI cannot praise you enough, you were all very kind and thoughtful.

Yes meal times I always ended up having my meals late. But had said that you all was very good. I cannot praise. You all enough.

In terms of medical intervention and general care of mental health, as well as her wishes and feelings, the St. Luke's team have been amazing- you are clearly employing competent, experienced and compassionate staff.

Plenty of time was given to address and concerns (sheep) re-assurance in alt areas. Huge experience obvious in {link} nurse and very reassured patience.
